One of my favorite dress patterns for little girls is the “lucy” pattern by Childrens Corner. It sews in less than an hour.. and the fun of it is embellishing the fronts and backs. I have seen all kinds of cute things put on the front- it is great for making “seasonal” outfits for kids becuase it only takes 1 yd of each fabric and is quick..
Here is a Christmas one I did for my daughter. On one side is a snowman and the other Santa- this way she will be able to wear it after Christmas and into January/February.
(oh yeah, pretend it’s not wrinkled…. :-))
