I LOVE LOVE LOVE to decorate for Halloween! Although Summer has overtaken me as my favorite season (hey you can't beat swimming pools, flip flops & vacations)... Fall is a VERY close second, if not a close tie.
(this is my crew a few years ago...not my house anymore, we moved since then)
In the coming weeks, I'm going to share some of my Halloween traditions and decor, and please share with me some of yours! I'd love to see traditions, recipes, costumes etc!
So to get started here are a few:
Follow this link for a Halloween craft tag from last year, a little neighbor gift & mini scrapbook.
Also:
Last year for a couple of friends I made caramel apples. They were SUPER easy, just melt caramels in a double boiler (store bought caramels) then dip the apples, and dip in sprinkles, nuts, chocolate chips, whatever you have. To package them, I used some left over chargers. I picked them up at Target after Christmas clearance, they are sparkly silver (I think they were 4 for $5 or so)... made a tag and tied it all up with some cellophane.
Traci at Amazing Mae is giving away a pumpkin door hanging, and trust me as the owner of one of these you want one!!!
Kathyrn and Melissa of Nanny goat have got some pumpkin recipes comin' up too! Watch their blog!
Ki Memories is Having a Halloween Craft Party on their blog... can't wait to see what they come up with !
House of 3 has some AWESOME Halloween digital stuff! Did you see the cute stuff they are making with it!!? My head is seriously spinning with ideas!
So what else? Let me know? I want ideas!
*note, I am switching to short feed... I've just read too many stories of people having their blogs "cloned" (cjane is one)... seems going to a short feed is one of the best ways to stop this! *

Aren't those little trick-or-treaters so cute! My neighbors give us homemade cookies for Christmas; and I wanted to do same but I think giving caramel apples is a novel idea! Looks easy too ... thanks for sharing!
For the past few years I have been making white chocolate ghosts- they are highly requested and super cute! I found the idea on Martha's website. I posted my pics and the link to Martha on my brand spanking new blog :) http://sarahstepanekhappylife.blogspot.com/
PS. I love, love, love your blog. Your beautiful creations have inspired so much! I received a sewing machine as a gift for my 30th birthday this year and you make me want to put it to good use!
Thanks for all of your incredible ideas and for being so generous & sharing them!!!
