I love Valentine’s day! When my kids were younger we would always have a fun family dinner. The kids would help decorate and I would cook our “special” meal. We even eat in the Dining room on the fancy china! Our fancy dinner always consisted of homemade Fettucine Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan.
