Hi!!
Are you ready for the Derby???
It really is the most exciting 2 minutes in sports!!!
So Derby week doesn’t technically start til next week, but I wanted to do a quick giveaway and mail it so that you guys can get it in time for the Derby!!
I picked up some little Derby goodies for ya’ll… I’m giving away a set of plates & napkins with my favorite Derby art!! (I bought that print a few years ago!)…
So even if you are not planning on having a Derby party, you can grab some family and friends and watch the race and eat your goodies on some official Kentucky Derby party plates!

I love the pink napkin holder!

I’m already looking forward to having a mint julep!
I would love these!
I love these! My mother-in-law never missed watching the Kentucky Derby on TV and it was my dream to one day take her to the Race. That never happened and she died at the age of 92. But I always think of her at Derby time. She was a spunky lady born in Illinois around 1900, who had her own horse and even rode a borrowed bicycle when girls were not allowed to! She was a school teacher and positively influenced many young lives in her 40 years of teaching. Hope she’ll be watching from Heaven!!
Love to visit your site!
I really am wanting to throw a Derby Party. Once I babysat my little nephew on Derby Saturday. He whimpered for his Mama the entire time EXCEPT the 2 minutes of the race. He was fascinated.
Hey M – do you know where I can buy that print? I love it too! I think that was the official print the year I actually got to go to Oaks. Soooo miss this time of year in Lou!

I’ve always wanted to go to the derby just to see the sea of hats!
You really are very generous and I do love The Derby…especially since I won a Superfecta a few years ago. Quite exciting! Studied the horses for a week and even had to make a change since one of my horses bummed out. Luck was with me that day. Thanks for offering the goodies. They would make a Derby party quite fun. Katy

I miss being in Louisville for Derby time so much. I lived there for the first 18 years of my life and now I hardly ever come back. I think the last time I was there for Thunder was 2004. So sad! Derby really is the best time of the year!
How fun!! I would love to win!!!!
Moved to Kentucky 3 years ago and have come to experience all it’s known for first hand. The derby really is a huge event here. Count me in on your giveaway. It would make the celebration all that more exciting.
