Sew Mama Sew did this best.. but here is my little version of "What to Make"... again with more stuff pulled out of the archives here... I know I said it before, but I hate how you feel like your old stuff gets buried...& there's some pretty good stuff in those archives!!
So onto our list!
For a Little Boy:
Polar fleece reading pillow, sew one up add a good book and a flashlight & you've got a great gift.
For your best girlfriend:
Quick Change Corsage Necklace... one of my favorite tutorials this year... So many possibilities. Make her the necklace and a few different flowers to go with it.
For your Favorite Preschooler:
Chalkboard Placemat... perfect to tote around and keep little fingers busy
For your techie Friend:
Kindle Keeper- a much cuter way to tote your Kindle than the ones at the store :)
For Grandma & Grandpa or your vacation buddies:
Flip book Mini Scrapbook- a quick and cute way to scrapbook many photos!
For the new baby on your list:
Fat Quarter Baby Quilt & Dress- easy to whip up and doesn't take too much fabric!
For your Favorite Teacher:
Charm Pack Pennant- we got 2 ICE (nope not snow days ice days) days before Christmas break so our teachers don't even have their gifts yet! I might have to whip one one of these over break to make it up to them!
For a very special little girl:
and while your at it, make her one to match!
& add a belt just for fun!
For that hard to buy for Teen on your list....
how about a patchwork memo board for their room?
& last but not least... need a QUICK little "add on" gift?
Why not sew up a few covered elastic headbands? You can use ribbon, fabric and fun embellishments! My daughter and I love wearing ours!
I'm sure you can tell by the lack of blogging this week, but I've not been myself the last few days. I've been "recovering" from our Church's Creche event. It was wonderful & I felt so uplifted by the experience, but just a little bit worn out. *wink* I took lots of photos and can't wait to share them with you... I'll get them blogged early next week, just in time to help me remember the true reason for the season :)

Those are some cute ideas! :)
That skirt is precious. I am slowly improving my sewing skills. Hand-made sewn ornaments was all I could handle this holiday season.
