My 2010

When I sat down to do my top 10 post for 2010, I didn’t realize how many things I had to pick from, I got a lot more done last year than I thought I did.

I was going to do my “Top 10″ posts but then realized that they are on my side bar all the time!

So instead here’s a mosaic of my crafty endeavors last year: (links to most of the projects can be found under the Tutorials link)

Like I said, more than I thought!!!
Also thanks to EVERYONE that referrers  to this blog, I truly appreciate it!
a very special thanks to my top referrers for 2010:
And, as for 2011, aside from my monthly topic focus, I’ve got a few big projects I want to tackle. I might as well share them here, then I feel like I’m more accountable to get them done!!
GOALS….
Before Spring Break I want to:
-Paint Kitchen Cabinets (Yep, I just gonna do it!! I’ve wanted painted cabinets for 12 years now and I’m not moving anytime soon, so I’m going to paint them)
-PURGE the play room… and I mean PURGE!
-Repaint my Son’s room… gray.. am I crazy to paint a room gray?
-Re-carpet the stairs (okay, I can’t do this one myself but it’s got to be done!!)
-Release 2 new purse and 1 new quilt patterns to the shop!
-Introduce one new product to the shop and more handmade bags in a variety of colors & fabrics!
Spring Break is the first week of April, lets see how much I get done!

If you do choose to paint a room gray, make sure it’s just ONE room. We moved into a house that was painted a shade of gray in every room (including the basement ceiling and livingroom ceiling) and to be honest, it’s a little depressing!

Your list looks quite impressive! I just made a list of all the handmade gifts I want to do for this year and I have to get hoppin’!!

Grey is a great bedroom color! When my son was in middle school he decided he wanted his room grey. We brought home lots of paint chips and taped them to the wall. In different light some turned pink, or lavender or other colors unwanted by a boy :-) We did find the perfect shade and he was very happy. Now that he’s grown and gone, his room is my sewing room and I still love the grey walls.
