Quick Valentine's Day Ideas

Hey there!

I just wanted to share a couple of QUICK and EASY Valentine's day ideas.

These were made before I was a "crafty blogger", so I have photos, but they are not great photos.. and like any good crafter, I made these then gave them away, so I can't take another picture!
These are some magnets that you can whip up really quick!! Especially now, that so many people have  e-cutting machines.

I purchased the wooden rectangles at Hobby Lobby, then painted them cream and distressed the edges a bit.

I then with E6000 glue, glued 2 magnets to the back of each one. I tied them up with a bow and gave them to some girls at church.

The font is 2P's in a bucket, Fragile and the letters are cut from red vinyl.
Picture stolen from Traci's blog, now I owe her some candy.

I've also got a couple of questions about my block stack.

These are made using 2"x4"'s. Traci's husband had some wood left over from another project and cut them for us.  I then cut out the vinyl lettering.

They are just graduated sizes of wood, I think they are 8", 6" and 4"... again just painted with vinyl letters attached.

Traci wrote about them on her blog...we had a "crafternoon" and made some fun Valentine's day stuff a year ago! You can see what we made here. Speaking of which, Valentines day is almost here, I think we need another crafternoon.... hint hint Traci *wink*.

There are a few more Valentine's day crafts to come! Next I've got a couple of projects using vintage postcards!!

Speaking of Vintage postcards, Traci's listed some SUPER cute Valentine's day charms in her shop!

You should grab them before someone else does!
