My daughter wanted a sleeping bag for her American Girl doll for Christmas but I thought I could make a cuter one than in the catalog. You can find the tutorial over on their blog… go check it out and let me know what you think!—– It has a zipper — don’t be scared :)

That is so funny that Sunny Happy Skies is the giveaway fabric… I was just touching all of it at a fabric shop last week and only walked away with three fat quarters of it. And, I’ve already used all three in a quilt! I definintely need more :)

I found this tutorial on pinterest. It is so cute! I just finished making a sleeping bag and pillow set for my nieces birthday tomorrow. I can’t wait to give it to her. I do have to say that the pattern is HUGE compared to the size of the doll. You could almost fit two dolls inside the sleeping bag. Thanks for the free tutorial.
