A new sewing book! Sweet Celebrations

The folks at Moda got a bunch of us Moda Bake Shop designers together again to collaborate on a new book.  This one’s called Sweet Celebrations.

Let me tell you I’m soooooo excited for this one to come out!! Not because I have a project featured in it, but because the projects in it all look sooooo cool!!!

It’s divided up by seasons and holidays.  Included are all kinds of projects to make to help you celebrate all through the year.

It features projects from lots of my favorite bloggers and a few that are new to me that I was so excited to discover.  Amy, April, Natalia, Angela, Angela, Ellie, Jane and Katie… just to name a few.

For some reason I was a bit nervous about my project in this book.  I mailed off the package with a bit of trepidation. When I made it I loved it, but a part of me was worried that the publisher would get it and decide not to use it…. I get nervous about weird stuff like that….

Well, they used it in the book… My project is a Sweetheart Hostess Apron…

Look familiar???? Yeah… It made the cover!! Holy Cow! I am so stinkin’ excited.

There will be more about Sweet Celebrations to come! It’s due out in October. I’ll be sure to let you know when it’s available.  I’ll have to host a giveaway to celebrate.
