DIY Happy Birthday t-shirts with Rhonna Designs
Last week my twins turned 12! I can not hardly believe it, there was a time that I thought they’d be babies forever (this thought usually occurred in the middle of the night with 2 screaming babies).
A day before their birthday my daughter said to me “Mom, I don’t have a birthday t-shirt!”…… This surprised me as I don’t think she has EVER had a birthday t-shirt.
The Lulu Life Soiree
My dear friends Gretchen & Natalie of Lulubelles have taken the plunge and are going to host a creative event in the Louisville area!
I’m excited to be a part of this event! I will be teaching a paper crafting class.
We will be making this celebrate banner. Perfect for any occasion whether it’s a holiday or a birthday.

Chalk Art t-shirt Tutorial
Okay I have a confession to make. I’m not a band wagon jumper. I know, a weird trait to have as a blogger. But I get all “nervous” when I see something getting REALLY popular…
I have a 2nd confession to make. I jumped on the Chalk Art Band Wagon. I could no longer resist….. I decided it’s a pretty good bandwagon to be riding on. Especially with all of the fabulous Chalk Art from Ms. Rhonna Farrer to tempt me.

Interchangeable Holiday Wreath
Today I’m going to show you how to make this Valentine’s wreath featuring Rhonna Designs digi images….
Then I’m going to show you how to use the SAME wreath and swap out the elements to make it work for any season! No more buying multiple wreaths during the year.
This wreath was SUPER simple to make! I just started out with a Styrofoam wreath form and wrapped it in 3″ wide cotton lace. (it took about 2 1/2 yards of lace).

One little word: DO
image made with Rhonna Designs InstaGoals font
This year I was not going to pick a “word”. Last year I picked one and didn’t share it since it was a more personal word (nothing creative/blog related) and it pretty much turned out terribly. Not only did I not accomplish what I intended from the goal, things actually got worse. So on Dec 31st this year I sat there cynical thinking it wasn’t even worth it to try.
Tags for the Neighbor Treats!
I hope you’re not sick of Christmas!! I’ve got a few more projects to share. The timing wasn’t right before Christmas (don’t want to ruin any surprises!)… I’m going to share them this week… here’s my first “belated Christmas” project.
We have a family tradition of delivering our neighbor treats on Christmas Eve. It didn’t start out as a tradition, more of a procrastination on my part… A few years ago I just decided to go with it and plan on delivering on Christmas eve every year.
