    DIY Spring Polka Dot Planters

Hey, hey Polka Dot loving peeps! I’m Jessica from Mom 4 Real, and I am so excited to be here hanging out at The Polka Dot Chair! I am absolutely obsessed with polka dots and have been since I was little! It’s finally spring time here in Kentucky, and I am ready to infuse my home with as much springy goodness as possible! I can’t wait to share this super simple tutorial for making your own DIY Spring Polka Dot Planters!

    Painted Polka Dot Flower Pots

    Don’t they just scream spring??

    Polka Dot Flower Pots Before

I started with these little plastic aqua flower pots that I picked up in the dollar bins at Target…for $1 each, I couldn’t pass them up!

I grabbed some white paint that I had already and my favorite polka dot making tool…my round paint dauber. I placed some paint in a cupcake liner and got to work!

    Polka Dot Planters

I dabbed polka dots all over each pot randomly being careful not to grab the pot where I had already painted.

Once the paint was dry, I plopped some mini daffodils that I picked up at Trader Joe’s down in them…don’t they look super cute with the mini daffodils planted in them? I placed mine in a window in my craft room so I can enjoy them while I work…I just love them! Don’t polka dots make everything better?

Thank you so much for having me here…it’s one of my favorite places! I’d love for you to come visit me at my blog, Mom 4 Real…I love to share tons of cleaning tips and tricks along with DIY projects, crafts and lots of home decor!
