This Easy Banana Bread Recipe has quickly become one of my families favorite treats! It's so easy to make and a great use for some almost too ripe bananas!

Ingredients
1egg
½cupMIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1-1/3cupsmashed fully ripe bananasabout 3
1-1/2cupsflour
1cupsugar
½cupchopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1tsp.baking soda
1tsp.salt
Instructions
HEAT oven to 350 F.
BEAT egg, dressing, and bananas in a large bowl with whisk until blended. Mix remaining ingredients. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.
POUR into a 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
SUBSTITUTE Options: Prepare using chopped PLANTERS Pecans.
