1cupMIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1cupBREAKSTONE’S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1can14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
1pkg.9 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and well drained
1/2tsp.garlic powder
3green onions thinly sliced
3canned chipotle peppers in adobo saucechopped
Instructions
COMBINE ingredients.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until chilled.
Notes
Here's a tip for you. After you thaw the frozen cooked spinach drain it in a colander. Then to remove the excess water roll the spinach in paper towels. You don't want to leave the extra water in the spinach, otherwise, it will dilute your dip too much.
