How to Make Lavender Sachets

Freshen up your drawers with these sweet patchwork lavender sachets. Learn how to make them with our simple sewing tutorial written by Sarah Ashford.

They are super quick to make and look really adorable as a set!  They are good fun to make, and it’s wonderful to work with such a beautiful, calming scent too.

Tools

– Funnel – Basic Sewing Tools – Sewing Machine – Rotary Cutter – Cutting Mat

– Scraps of a selection of fabrics the biggest piece needed is 4 ½” square – 100 grams dried lavender

Materials

Cutting Instructions – Twelve (12) 2 ½” squares – 4 squares per bag – Three (3) 4 ½” squares – 1 per bag

Instructions

Take 4 of the 2 ½” squares and lay them in a formation you are happy with. Try to balance the colours and the prints.
