YES I have been sewing! Lots actually, just waiting for the timing to be right to share the projects here.
Today you can find me over at the Riley Blake Fabrics blog sharing this tutorial as part of their Project Design Team….
Check it out, let me know what you think!

Amazing! i love it! Great tutorial!
I cannot get over the cuteness of this bag. Awesome job! I just shared this over on my Facebook page. LOVE it!!
I thought this was a cute bag for a little girl. Was wondering if it could be downsized for smaller girls (I have 5 grandnieces ages 1 to 7 and they all want what the other one has…)
Very sweet!
I saw this yesterday on their website and tucked it away for future reference. The purse is perfectly adorable and your fabric picks are perfect!!
Thank you!
This little purse is so cute! I can’t wait to make one for our daughter;-) Thank you!
Can you tell me the size of the finished product? I have been looking for something that I could make for my daughter to carry around her American Girl dolls and I think this would be perfect. AG has one, but why pay for something when I can make it myself and personalize it, right? (http://store.americangirl.com/images/W0579_main_1.jpg)
I looked at the pattern a bit and I am sure I would have to widen the gusset but I am not sure about the rest.
Any help would be appreciated!
Emily
