Our site has been around since 2008 and we have loads of free sewing tutorials and free sewing patterns. To help you find what you’re looking for a bit easier, let me break down the site a bit for you!

We have been running this site for a long time now and have worked really hard to make it easy for you to find what you’re looking for. I get so many emails from people telling me that they want to learn how to sew but don’t know where to start!

I am here to tell you that the trick to learning to sew is JUST TO START! Pick a project, a pattern, or a sewing tutorial, follow it, and just try it! You might surprise yourself with what you can do. If the project doesn’t turn out the way you like it, then just don’t show it to anyone! I’m giving you permission just to TRY, it DOES not have to be perfect. Remember every expert was once a beginner!
