A New Christmas Quilt Finish: the Santa’s Sampler Quilt Pattern

It’s time for another edition of Finish It Friday! This week, I have a Christmas quilt to share with you!
I started my Finish It Friday series a few years ago to motivate myself to finish a few of the ZILLIONS of projects on my unfinished projects pile!
Admittedly, I’d like to post a “Finish It Friday” more often, but overall I feel like it’s helped me plow through that big pile of projects!
Each year during December I host a quilt along here on the site. One or two blocks a week during December that turn into a festive quilt by the 25th.
I’ll be hosting again this year; wait until you see the quilt. I’m so excited! (Keep an eye out for an announcement at the beginning of December).
Speaking of Christmas quilt-alongs, I’m excited to share the finished quilt from our 2025 quilt-along: the Santa’s Sampler Quilt for today’s Finish it Friday.
Quilt Details:
- Pattern: Santa’s Sampler Quilt
- Fabrics: Bleached Denim, Clover, Riley Green, Red & Raspberry from Sparkler by Riley Blake Designs.
- Size: 52″ x 52″
- Quilt Pantograph: Sparkle Swirls
This quilt features both Traditional and Foundation Paper Piecing, making this a really fun quilt to make! The different techniques in the pattern keep it interesting as you sew!
