    Graham Cracker Bites Recipe & Printable Food Labels

    Today I’m going to share with you a Christmas recipe that’s been in my family for years, Graham Cracker Bites.  My Mom always used to make these yummy bites to take to friends and family at Christmas time.

    Recipe for Graham Cracker Bites and a Free Printable "Have a Holly Jolly" Christmas Stickers, just print and stick to plain white paper cups for a simple way to package Christmas Sweets!

    These Graham Cracker bites are an addicting combination of Graham Cracker, Marshmallow, and Coconut and I can NEVER eat just one. My Mom always used to give them away to friends and family, now I know why!

    How to Package Baked Goods for the Holidays:

    I love giving handmade and home-cooked gifts for the Holidays and I love thinking of fun and easy ways to package them up.  So today I have for you not only a recipe but also a FREE printable for the sticker on the front of the cups!

    Graham Cracker Bites Recipe:

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 eggs beaten
    • ½ c butter
    • 1 c sugar
    • 30 squares of graham crackers crushed
    • ½ c coconut
    • 2 c mini marshmallows
    • optional: ½ c chopped walnuts

    Instructions
     

    • Cook the eggs, butter and sugar in a double boiler over low heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture has thickened. About 5-10 min. Cool. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in the egg mixture and spread on to a 9 x 13 pan. Chill. Cut into 1” squares and roll into balls, dip in powdered sugar to finish.

      When you say 30 squares of graham crackers…do you mean 2 individual crackers? Usually one cracker is made up of 4 individual crackers.

      Same question about the squares- if you’re talking about the smallest size, I’d call those rectangles. 🙂 And how do you think these would turn out without the coconut? I’m not the hugest fan…

        Sorry! Squares defined as 1/2 of a full size graham cracker rectangle (or 2 of the small rectangles).
        I’m sure you could make it without the coconut!
