Put a Spin On It Quilt Block Pattern

The Put a Spin On It quilt block pattern is the fifteenth free quilt block pattern shared as a part of the Riley Blake Designs Quilt Block Challenge.

I am a week behind sharing my Riley Blake Blocks; there is only one block after this one, and the finishing instructions are shared with all of you!

I should not be surprised that I’m behind; every year, I start strong, then fall off the schedule a bit by the time the end of the quilt rolls around.

If you follow both me and Riley Blake, that’s why they are sharing block sixteen this week. I’ll share block sixteen next week and my completed quilt top the week after.

The Put a Spin on It Quilt block is designed by Amanda of Jedi Craft Girl!

This one is quite simple to construct, which is a nice break from last week’s block, which had quite a few seams to sew (sorry, that block was mine, LOL!).

Additional Fabric Choices

Here are two example quilt blocks, one sewn in solid fabrics and the other in Amanda’s new fabric collection, Cretaceous.
