RBD Block Challenge Block 10; Lady of the Lake Quilt Block Pattern
Welcome to week 10 of the Riley Blake Quilt Block challenge. Sew along with us as we create a sampler quilt. The pattern is free, and we’d love to have you!
We’ve arrived at week 10 of the Riley Blake block challenge. By now you should have a pretty good idea of how the final quilt is going to come together. It’s a good time to make some adjusments to your fabric choices if you’re feeling that your scale or color is off balance.
There are 6 more blocks to go, and next week it’s my turn to share my quilt block.
About the Quilt Block
Amanda Castor of Material Girls Quilts designed this week’s block. Her block is a striking triangle quilt block. She shares a super fast way to piece all of the half-square triangles around the edges of the block in her pattern directions.
How to Get the Pattern
Fill out this form and we will email you all of the blocks in the 2021 Challenge.
More Block Ideas
Riley Blake is stitching their quilt block out of all solids, I love the combo they chose for the block this week. The color is called “Oceanside” and is a perfect cross between Navy & Teal in my opinion.
